The Job Stats Dashboard now displays a dedicated Job ID column to your reporting view. This highly requested feature shows the unique Job ID for each job entry, providing Intelligence Users with precise job identification and eliminating confusion when multiple jobs share the same name.

This enhancement significantly improves reporting accuracy by giving you a reliable way to distinguish between jobs, reducing manual corrections and preventing reporting errors. The Job ID column seamlessly integrates into your existing dashboard workflow, making job tracking and analysis more efficient and dependable.

Refactoring the Intermediaries Report enhances compliance with HMRC regulations by ensuring accurate and timely reporting of non-PAYE workers' payments.

We added a new dashboard to the Data Integrity, showing the duplicate companies you have in your database, so that you can easily search for the duplicate companies and easily clean up your database.

A "No Owner" option has been added to the Consultant Filter, allowing orphaned entities to be included in the Data Integrity Report. This enables data quality comparison between owned entities and ownerless entities, and facilitates the assignment of new ownership to the orphaned entities.

The Contacts dashboard, in Data Integrity, now shows the details on which key contact fields are empty and which are not, returning a more accurate picture of the overall quality of your contact database, what type of information is missing, and which consultants is doing a good job, and which is not, when it comes to keeping their contact's information complete and updated.

The "Candidate Brands" and "Candidate Owner" fields are now included in the Candidate Integrity Score calculation, ensuring a more precise representation of data completeness.

Removed previous data exclusions, ensuring invoices linked to System Admin-created jobs (migrated data) and those before 01/01/2020 are now included in the financial reports, allowing for a more complete historical analysis.

Revamped Unutilised drill-down report to help recruiters connect with top talent faster and boost placement rates:

• Sharper insights, simpler logic: The report now lists temps who completed a contract job in the last 60 days but haven’t been renewed or placed in a new role - temporary or permanent.

• Full candidate visibility: No more exclusions for those under consideration, giving you a complete view of available talent that’s ready for their next opportunity.

Add the functional and sub functional expertise that are set on a job level in the Fees dashboard (both Booked Fees and Actual Fees) to produce a report on Market Verticals.

This feature extends the AI Coach report to include a quarterly view for consultants. By shifting the focus from monthly to quarterly targets, consultants can align their efforts more effectively with long-term goals, enhancing performance management and goal attainment.

This feature will add the "payment date" to the Invoices report, addressing the current gap, streamlining the financial workflow, and improving overall productivity. The Booked Fees Data Export includes more information on hiring managers and client contacts. This enhancement enables recruiting firm to execute targeted marketing campaigns and business development activities.

A new data view about meetings with candidates, clients, and prospects. With this new data view, you'll have visibility on colleague's meeting and ensure business is developing in a collaborative way.

The Meeting View enables reporting on Business Development activity and Candidate care. 

• Business Development: you will be able to review which Client meetings happened last week(s) and are happening this or next week(s) to ensure you have all Business Development opportunities well covered off and in a collaborative way amongst teams.

• Candidate Care: review which Candidates were met last week(s) or are going to be met next week(s), to ensure there's a good level of Candidate care across all divisions and that responsibilities are evenly balanced between the teams.

A new “Fee Model” report is now added to the Company Stats dashboard.

This allows customers to check how many companies have a fee model and the most common type of fee model, and have access to their most recent related documents.
